How do I upload a prescription?
Simply visit our Upload Prescription page, attach a clear photo or scanned copy of your prescription, and fill in your contact details. One of our licensed pharmacists will review it and reach out to confirm your order before it's processed.
Do I need a prescription to purchase medication online?
Not for every product. Prescription is only required for medications classified as prescription-only drugs. Over-the-counter medicines, supplements, and wellness products can be purchased without one.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers, both online and in-store.
Can I use my health insurance to pay for medications?
No, we do not accept health insurance as a payment method for medications.

What is your return policy on medications?
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, medications can only be returned within 24 hours of purchase, and only if unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
